Energy healing gets to the source of your issues by dissolving blocked energy, trapped emotions and old traumas that are stuck in your body, that are getting in the way of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being.

Sessions start with me listening to what is happening in your life, and what you want help with.

For in person sessions you would lie fully clothed on the table, and I tune in and place my hands on and above your body, in the areas where the energy is congested. I use a variety of techniques which may include gentle bodywork, chakra balancing, cord cutting, removal of spiritual intrusions, psychic insights, past life insights, sound healing, and prayer. The process is similar for online sessions, except I direct energy from a distance while you lie back on your bed or couch. The results are the same.

I have been trained in many different methods of energy healing. My own way is to simply connect to the Light of God/Source/our loving Creator, and channel that Light through my hands.
